The following terms and conditions outlined on this page serve as the legal agreement between the customer (hereafter referred to as "You" or " Customer") and Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel Co., Ltd (hereafter referred to as "We," "Us," "Our," or similar), a company that offers a wide range of tour packages and other travel services in Cambodia.

This agreement, referred to hereafter as the Terms and Conditions, is a legally binding and enforceable document. Users have been previously advised to read the contents of the agreement before using the service. As a user, your continued use of Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel's services shall immediately indicate you have read the terms and conditions, and have therefore agreed upon the provisions stated herein. This states that you shall accept any liability or obligation that arises from your continued use of the services. Any violations of the provisions stated in the agreement may hold you accountable for liabilities in court.

We strongly suggest that you read this content carefully before purchasing any of our services, as you are entering into a contract between yourself, the "customer", and us, "Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel". This document clearly lays out what you have agreed upon with us.

Cancellation for services Booking & Reservation

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. You can cancel a tour package before the indicated deadline, which is the 'Cancellation period'. Any cancellation after this period will incur a charge, calculated from the day we receive your written notification. This charge is a percentage of the total tour price per person, including surcharge but excluding amendment charge. We believe this policy strikes a balance between your flexibility and our commitment to providing high-quality services. Here's a breakdown of the charges for different cancellation periods:

60-45 days before the tour start date, no charge

44-30 days before the tour start date, charge 10% of the total amount per person.

29-15 days before the tour start date, charge 30% of the total amount per person.

14- 7 days before the tour start date, Charge 50% of the total amount per person.

Less than 7 days before the tour start date, charge 100% of the total amount per person.

If you voluntarily leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun, no refunds will be given. Refunds might be authorized at the discretion of Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel should you involuntarily be forced to leave a trip for any reason. All cancellation charges mentioned above are not inclusive of credit card surcharges, which may have been incurred at the first transaction of your payment.

In case Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel has to cancel your tour:

Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel reserves the right to cancel any trip before its scheduled departure date; however, it will not cancel a tour less than 60 days before its commencement. A trip is guaranteed to run once it has one fully-paid traveler. We reserve the right to cancel any trip, including a guaranteed trip, at any time before departure due to force majeure (War, Riots, Civil, Disturbance, Strikes, Natural disasters, terrorist activities, or the threat of such, closure of airport or cancellation of international or domestic air time table services, political instability or other external events which make it unviable for Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel to operate the planned schedule. You will be offered an alternative trip or a full refund. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may incur as a result of your booking, such as visa fees, vaccination fees, or non-refundable flights. If the alternative trip chosen is of a lower value than the one originally booked, you are entitled to a refund of the price difference. Conversely, if the alternative tour chosen is of a higher value, you will have to pay the price difference.

At Remote Cambodia Adventure Travel, your safety is our top priority. We reserve the right to change or amend any tour operation if we determine that the operation of such a tour is too hazardous due to severe weather, infrastructure issues, or similar circumstances. This is a proactive measure to ensure a seamless and safe tour experience for all our valued guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such situations.
